Reviews
- Unbelievable experience…you have to try it – Myself and my 2 daughters had our 1st glamping experience this week at Westport House. We were excited but when we saw our ‘tent’ it exceeded all expectations…it was fab and huge…2 singles beds for the ladies and a very comfy double for me. We had our 50% off pizzas in Gracys (in the flippin lashing rain) then settled into our tent for a game of cards and a few vinos… very wholesome. The sound of rain outside was actually really nice…the beds are really comfortable and we slept like logs. Brekky next morning from the Farmyard cafe..delish. I was very impressed with choice of food…the food trucks serve boa buns, pulled pork, beef brisket and bubble tea. Tour of the main house was well worth it…so interesting and such exciting plans for next few years. We spent our 2nd day cycling to Newport on bikes hired from Westport Bike Hire, Ailbhe was so lovely. The whole glamping experience was fantastic and we will be back…highly recommend. stayed July 2023
- Lovely site for camper van – We stayed just one night and wish we could have stayed more and will definitely be back. It was perfect for everything we wanted. So peaceful and relaxing. Great location too. Nice soft pitches with lots of room. Clean toilets and showers and helpful friendly staff. Stayed June 2023
We are located just off the N59 Newport/Achill road: 1km outside of Westport town, take the turning by the Teagasc Building towards Golf Club/Carrowholly. Watch out for green signposts with caravan & camping symbols
